With the Owners experience in Material sales and the key supporters experience in the field and management, they have been called upon for solutions to unique situations and issues where a design professional will look to a contractor for a working knowledge to support their technical knowledge.
  4. Certified EIFS 3rd Party Inspector. The key supporter is a Certified EIFS 3rd Party Inspector which will enable the company to perform EIFS Repair projects and assist Architects and Engineers in the performance and monitoring of EIFS work.

COMPETITIVE EDGE:

Building Restoration & Consulting, LLC (BRC) continues to build upon previously established relationships with Architects and Engineers, Building Owners, Property and Facility Managers and to provide its services to these groups, working together to develop a scope of repairs that meets the individual needs of each situation that will add years of service life to the building or structure.

BRC provides only the labor to perform the work and equipment to access the work area (IE: scaffolding, lifts, swing stage equipment, etc). Because BRC provides only the labor and not the actual material, our two most important aspects that we focus on relate directly to SERVICE. The quality of the work, and adherence to the construction schedule, are the two items that our reputation is built upon, and allows us to build long-term relationships with the Design Professionals as well as the Building Owner or Property Manager.

BRC will provide top quality building restoration and EIFS Inspections to commercial, industrial and institutional facilities and buildings. BRC understands the challenges facing it as well as the keys to its success.

The short term objectives for BRC are:

  1. Strengthen existing business relationships with Building Owners and Property Managers as well as Architects and Engineers and establish relationships new firms in each of the two consecutive years.
  2. Build business relationships and "Friendships" with our Clients. This will enable a better working environment and greater opportunities with the Customers.
  3. Market the Consulting Services available as a Certified EIFS 3rd Party Inspector allowing us to work closely with the Owners, Design Professionals and Material Manufacturers.

The mid to long-term objectives for BRC are:

  1. Provide quality work for a reasonable cost
  2. Profitably grow the business into a respected restoration contractor in this market
  3. Obtain a good percentage of the market share on the Restoration Side of the business
  4. Obtain a large percentage of the market share on the Consulting Side of the business
